How do i book a ride?
You can book directly through our website, by text, or via email. Once you submit your request, our team will confirm availability and send your booking details.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, there is a 3-hour minimum for hourly chauffeur services.

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my ride?
Yes, a $60 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Your trip will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

What areas do you service?
We serve the New York City area, including Long Island, Westchester County, and Newark, as well as surrounding regions upon request.

What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes luxury SUVs; from Chevrolet Suburbans, to Cadillac Escalades.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride, additional charges may apply.

Are your drivers professionally licensed?
Absolutely. All AutoGlee chauffeurs are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide safe, professional, and discreet service.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide pickups and drop-offs at all major airports in the NYC area, including JFK, LGA, EWR, ISP, and HPN.

Can I make multiple stops during my trip?
Yes, multiple stops can be made during hourly bookings. For flat-rate transfers, please mention all stops when booking so we can adjust the rate accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, CashApp, and cash payments.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekends or special events.
